What to expect?

The delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout and then we will confirm the order once checkout is complete.
Once your order is placed we will always contact you to arrange a delivery date and estimated time. If this is on a weekend or out of hours we will call you the next working day.
On the day of delivery, we will contact you to confirm an estimated time of arrival.
We don't need you to be home to accept the delivery, as long as you are happy to agree on a convenient and safe place with our team in advance.
In most cases we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation, and in the worst case, 7 days during extremely busy periods.
This delivery window can include Saturdays.
Our lorries are the smallest of its kind at 3.5 tons, similar to the size of a large 4x4 vehicle. This should allow us access to most locations, but if you have special requirements please do call to discuss.
We will only be able to move the logs up to 5 meters max from delivery on a level surface.
Note: Due to the size of the large bags, they will not fit through regular gateways or doorways.

We offer a flexible local delivery service from our store to locations up to 20 miles away. Please review the delivery rates and conditions below.

Local Delivery Rates by Radius

Up to 5 miles: Free delivery on orders with a minimum spend of £70.
Up to 8 miles: £6 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.
Up to 10 miles: £10 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.
Up to 12 miles: £12 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.
Up to 14 miles: £14 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.
Up to 16 miles: £16 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.
Up to 18 miles: £18 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.
Up to 20 miles: £20 delivery fee on orders with a minimum spend of £110.

Important Delivery Information

Problematic Postcodes: Some postcodes, particularly many in London, are challenging for delivery due to logistical issues. If your address is affected, we will contact you after your order is placed to discuss a potential delivery surcharge or offer a full refund. All orders are subject to confirmation.

Deliveries Beyond 20 Miles: For locations beyond our 20-mile radius, a flat rate of £60 applies. Please note that these orders are also subject to confirmation, and we will contact you to ensure we can fulfill your delivery.
